For a long-term closure of the Chicago Transit Authority's (CTA) Harlem Blue Line station’s Bus Bridge during reconstruction over the Kennedy Expressway, I collaborated with CTA’s Signage and Wayfinding team to create a customer alert using bus stop letter toppers, or ‘lollipops,’ and a detailed neighborhood map. To reinforce customer awareness, we installed 300 customer alerts on buses departing from the Forest Glen Garage, covering the two affected routes: the #88 Higgins and #90 Harlem. I also embedded icon-sized images of these letter toppers into the CTA website for added consistency.
