In Fall 2024, I developed a multi-platform communication plan for the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) to inform customers of bus reroutes for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and Abbott 5K. This included 3,400 printed publications strategically placed at bus stops, rail stations, and on buses, featuring QR codes that linked to a dedicated webpage with detailed reroute and service information. The webpage had 16,000 pageviews, and the QR codes, tracked via UTM, were scanned over 2,500 times from Friday to Saturday of race weekend.
